Process Improvement & Innovation: · Continuously evaluate existing financial processes and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve the overall efficiency of the department. 6. Stakeholder Management: · Act as the key point of contact between the finance team and senior leadership. · Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies. · Support senior leadership in budget preparation, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Qualifications & Skills: · Qualified CA / ACCA . · 3-4 years of experience managing a team of Senior Accountants. · Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). · Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. · Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). · Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
