Key Responsibilities:

1. Agency Development & Management

• Recruit qualified agents to build a high-performing distribution network.
• Conduct induction, licensing, and training programs for new agents.
• Coach and mentor agents to improve productivity and enhance product knowledge.
• Monitor and drive agent performance in line with company goals.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the agency channel.
• Promote health insurance products and ensure agents are well-equipped to present solutions to customers.
• Conduct regular market visits and joint field calls with agents to support business generation.

3. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure agents adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Monitor documentation and KYC processes to avoid mis-selling or fraudulent practices.
• Support claim processing and policy servicing through the agency channel.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and agent productivity.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Experience:

  25 years in BFSI or Sales
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Target-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in local languages
