Local Issue Management: Engage with local communities and authorities to address any issues affecting the plant. Ensure smooth operations by maintaining good relations with local stakeholders. Manage any local disputes or conflicts that may impact plant operations. Adherence to Corporate Guidelines: Ensure all HR practices and policies at the plant align with corporate guidelines. Implement corporate HR initiatives and programs at the plant level. Monitor and report on key HR metrics and KPIs to Corporate HR. Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process for the plant, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements. Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives in coordination with Corporate HR. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Organize events and activities to boost employee morale and engagement. Advisor for People-Related Matters: Serve as a trusted advisor to plant management on HR and people-related matters. Provide guidance and support on performance management, employee relations, and development. Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations/MSW. Candidates with an LLB will be given preference. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
