Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

Promote and sell companys pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockiest.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.

2. Doctor & Hospital Visit

Visit doctors (GPs, specialists, consultants) as per the daily call plan.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage scientifically.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

3. Product Promotion

Conduct product detailing using visual aids, samples, and marketing materials.
Participate in CMEs, doctor meetings, and marketing activities.

4. Market Management

Collect market feedback, competitor activities, and share daily reports with the manager.
Ensure secondary and tertiary sales growth.
Monitor product movement in retail and wholesale markets.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily call reports (DCR), doctor list, chemist list, and tour plans.
Submit timely reports to the reporting manager.

6. Stockist & Chemist Management

Coordinate with stockists for timely product supply.
Ensure proper billing, payments, and product rotation at chemist counters.

Key Skills Required

Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic medical and product knowledge (training will be provided).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
