Sample Collection: Collect electrolyte and solution samples for laboratory analysis at required Troubleshooting: Identify and report operational issues in the solution management system (e.g., pump failures, leaks, filtration problems). Perform minor adjustments or report to Shift In-charge. By-product Recovery: Assist in the operation of systems for recovering valuable by-products or treating waste streams from the electrolyte. Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety procedures related to chemical handling, confined spaces, and working around pumps/tanks. Use appropriate PPE. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area around solution tanks, pumps, and purification Data Recording: Accurately record operational data, chemical consumption, and readings in logbooks or digital Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Electrolyte Purity/Impurity Levels Adherence Chemical Consumption Efficiency System Uptime Solution Flow Rate Consistency Safety Incidents (Chemical Handling) Required Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Chemical Process Operation or equivalent vocational Required Experience: 2-4 years of experience in chemical process plant operations, preferably in solution purification or hydrometallurgical plants. Required Skills: Basic understanding of chemical processes, pumps , and filtration Ability to handle chemicals safely and Good attention to detail for monitoring Familiarity with HMI/control panel Strong safety consciousness .
