Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the solar industry, your role will involve generating leads through various channels such as field visits, cold calls, and digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to meet with homeowners, businesses, and builders to educate them on the benefits of solar solutions. It will be crucial for you to understand the unique needs of each customer and provide them with accurate quotations. Additionally, your responsibilities will include following up with potential clients to convert leads into successful sales. To ensure smooth project execution, you will collaborate with technical, filing, and accounts teams. Keeping detailed daily reports and updating CRM/lead tracking sheets will be essential. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships will also be a key aspect of your role. Your goal will be to achieve monthly sales targets and actively contribute to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and digital channels. - Meet with homeowners, businesses, and builders to explain solar benefits and solutions. - Understand customer needs and prepare accurate quotations. - Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales. - Coordinate with technical, filing, and accounts teams for smooth project execution. - Maintain daily reports and update CRM/lead tracking sheets. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales (solar sales preferred). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training will be provided). - Ability to travel for client meetings. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality. - Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred.
