Timken India Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Line Engineer Production to join its operation team at the Bharuch Plant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in 5S, KAIZEN, KANBAN,TPM & Lean flow concepts and Work Place Management, Standard Work development, maintain and improve Zone Control activities. Co-ordinate with Support departments (like maintenance, Planning, tool room, Stores, etc) during the shift as per the need. Demonstrate continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and set up time reduction. Ensure effective communication systems . Shift reporting and adherence to Process Compliance Actively participate and demonstrate continual improvements and fulfilmenr of KPIs of the Cell. Machine Operation Production Supervision Shift Handling Process Troubleshooting Product Troubleshooting Preventive Maintenance Support Minor Repairs & Adjustments Setup Time Reduction Standard Work Development Tool Handling TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

• Acquire customers as per business plan • Revenue Generation as per assigned Targets • Acquire and upgrade knowledge on filling up KYC/new products/processes • Update status of leads on Lead management system regularly • Conduct sales promotion activities regularly • Activation of clients • Seek references from customers/prospects
