Education (All Required):

• BE/B.Tech / M.Sc in Rubber / Polymer Science & Technology
• M.Tech (Mandatory) in Rubber Technology or Chemical Engineering
• Candidate must be currently working in Rubber or Polymer industries (NOT tyre)

• Development of Novel Carbon Black & Fillers
• Research & development of advanced fillers
• Apply latest trends in sustainability & stewardship
• Rubber Compound Development
• Create compounds for tyre, non-tyre & specialty applications
• Modify compounds to improve performance
• Product & Process Sustainability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Suggest product enhancements aligned with sustainability
• Troubleshooting (Internal & Customer)
• Identify root causes using data & literature
• Lead lab & pilot-scale trials

Ideal Target Candidate Profile

• Working in Rubber/Polymer manufacturing or R&D, but not in tyre companies
• Strong exposure to carbon black, fillers, rubber compounding, polymer materials
• Stable career track (minimum 2-year tenure in each company)
• Hands-on R&D with sustainability and compliance understanding
