Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Job Trainee (F&B Service) in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality food and beverage services to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints professionally and courteously.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
