�� Purpose of the Role

To drive continuous innovation and product plan development within the Corporate Gifting

Department, catering to both Pharma and Non-Pharma segments.

This role is about blending creativity, strategy, and market insight to design unique, impactful

gifting solutions that strengthen client relationships and enhance brand value.

�� Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute innovative product concepts tailored for Pharma and Non-Pharma

clients.

 Research market trends, materials, and suppliers to bring fresh and sustainable ideas to

life.

 Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to align new product ideas with

client requirements and business goals.

 Prepare product development roadmaps and maintain a pipeline of upcoming gifting

concepts.

 Coordinate with vendors for sampling, costing, and quality assurance.

 Analyze competitor offerings and continuously identify opportunities for differentiation.

�� Knowledge

 Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends, materials, and customization

techniques.

 Familiarity with Pharma marketing requirements (WHEN & WHAT) and their branding

norms.

 Knowledge of product lifecycle, from concept creation to final delivery.

 Awareness of sustainability and packaging innovations in gifting products as per

guidelines.

⚙Skills

 Creative thinking and product design conceptualization.

 Strong coordination and project management abilities.

 Excellent presentation skills.

 Vendor management and negotiation expertise.

 Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint; design software knowledge (e.g., Canva,

Adobe) is a plus.
