You will be responsible for the following key areas in the role: Role Overview: As a member of the team based in Kolkata (with frequent visits to Assam), you will play a crucial role in the following: Key Responsibilities: - People & Culture: Align and motivate workers, Sardars, and teams across the estate. - Project Tracking: Monitor agroforestry, solar, dairy, and sustainability projects, ensuring execution discipline. - Leadership: Inspire through discipline, vision, and accountability. Qualification Required: - Education: Background in Psychology / HR / Labor Law. - Core Traits: Highly disciplined, people-centric, inspirational, passionate about challenges. - Plus Points: Connection to nature & sustainability; knowledge of Assamese (optional).
