We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented IT Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for leading organizations across India.
Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates suitability and interest.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
04 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
