Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tech Lead / Manager with a proven track record in managing complex product development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in development projects with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. The Tech Lead / Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Project On Track application that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, and develop robust and scalable applications using Java, Spring, Angular, AngularJS, and other relevant technologies.

• Proficient in Core Java, JSP, JavaScript, JDBC, JPA Queries, Angular JS

• Developing and consuming SOAP Web Services, Restful services using XML and JSON

• Experience with popular java frameworks - Struts & Spring

• Experience with working with databases - MYSQL

• Solid understanding of object-oriented principles and programming

• Expertise in Spring Security to design and implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, safeguarding our applications and user data.

• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

• Write efficient and optimized JPA queries to interact with databases and ensure data integrity.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire application stack, and implement effective solutions

• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure best practices, and mentor a large team of developers

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java, Spring Boot, design patterns, and security practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our development processes. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus

• Proven experience of 10+ years, with a strong focus on Monolithic Architecture, Java & Angular full stack • Proficient with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

• Strong expertise in front-end & back-end technologies.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes

• Experience in deploying and managing applications on Tomcat or similar application servers

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
