System Analyst / Implementation Engineer

**Job Title:** System Analyst / Implementation Engineer Civil Engineering Background **Location:** Hyderabad, India (with global travel as required) About the Role: We are seeking Civil Engineering professionals from reputed institutions with approximately 5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic implementation team. This role is critical in supporting the implementation, training, and client onboarding of our flagship product, Project On Track – Integrated Construction ERP & Project Controls Platform. The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training on the Project On Track (POT) platform at our Hyderabad office and will be responsible for guiding client organizations (globally located) through successful implementation and adoption of the software. Key Responsibilities: • Undergo structured training on Project On Track ERP and become certified internal expert • Understand client project structures, contracts, schedules, and QA/QC requirements for accurate system configuration • Conduct end-user training sessions (both online and onsite) for global clients • Provide hands-on implementation support during initial rollout and go-live phases • Collaborate with clients to structure and upload their project data (schedule, budgets, risks, QA, etc.) • Offer post-implementation support and continuous improvement feedback • Prepare client-specific documentation, training manuals, and SOPs • Work closely with product development and QA teams to refine module workflows • Maintain implementation trackers and client success KPIs • Willingness to travel to client locations within India or overseas as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution (Mandatory) • Master’s Degree in Construction Management / Project Management preferred • Around 5 years of experience in the construction or infrastructure project domain • Familiarity with project execution workflows, project controls, QA/QC, and contracts • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is highly preferred • Experience working on mega projects (EPC, infrastructure, buildings, or oil & gas) is an advantage • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing abilities Technical & Functional Skills: • Understanding of project management methodologies • Knowledge of ERP implementation or system rollouts is a plus • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools • Ability to analyze and organize large datasets and project documentation • Willingness to learn enterprise systems and digital transformation concepts Employment Details: • Job Type: Full-time • Base Location: Hyderabad, India • Travel: Required – within India and internationally • Compensation: Attractive fixed salary + project-based allowances and travel benefits Why Join Us? • Be part of a high-growth Construction ERP company with global clients • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge project controls and digital delivery systems • Opportunity to grow into leadership roles in implementation and client success • Travel and exposure to international project delivery environments
