Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transport & Fleet Manager to oversee and manage the entire transport and logistics operations, including the management of company-owned and hired vehicles, driver coordination, fuel tracking, route optimization, and compliance with RTO and safety regulations. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth transportation of construction materials, equipment, and manpower to and from project sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles (transit mixtures, trucks, trailers, pickups, etc.) across all construction sites. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in transport/fleet management, preferably in the construction or logistics industry. Strong understanding of vehicle operations, maintenance, and compliance documentation. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and GPS tracking software.
