About the Role

Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations and workforce to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Inspect work quality, materials, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials effectively to maintain timelines.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors for seamless workflow.
Address on-site issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1 - 3 years of experience in site supervision within the construction/engineering industry.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage teams, handle on-site challenges, and ensure project deadlines are met.
