Site Supervisor Home Interior Installation

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management:

• Supervise on-site execution of residential interior works including

  carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and finishing works

  .
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage

  daily and weekly work schedules

  for site teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues or delays proactively.
• Maintain site documentation such as

  daily progress reports, material consumption, and deviation records

  .

Team Supervision & Coordination:

• Lead and supervise in-house installation teams and subcontractors.
• Allocate tasks based on skill sets and project requirements.
• Provide clear instructions and technical guidance to the team.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with

  safety norms and company policies

  .

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
• Identify defects or punch points and ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure final output meets company quality standards and client expectations.

Client Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site.
• Address client queries and concerns professionally.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project.

Material Management:

• Coordinate material delivery, storage, and handling at site.
• Track material usage to minimize wastage.
• Report material shortages or damages to the Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

  Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture

• Relevant hands-on experience in

  home interior execution projects
