As a Construction Site Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure they are completed in a timely manner according to project plans and specifications. You will be required to monitor work progress, safety measures, and material usage on the site, as well as coordinate with laborers, architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with structural standards, local regulations, and the quality policies of the company. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and project records, address technical issues, and promptly resolve them with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. To be eligible for this position, you should be between the ages of 25 to 30 years, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on site engineering experience in the construction sector. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent is required. Candidates residing near Tirupur, Avinashi, Palladam, and Coimbatore are preferred for this role.
