Primary Title: Java Full Stack Developer (On-site, India)

About The Opportunity

We are hiring for a technology-driven organisation operating in the IT services and enterprise software development sector. The team builds scalable, transactional web applications and cloud-ready services for customers across BFSI, e‑commerce, and SaaS domains. This on-site role is based in India and looks for a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer who can deliver end-to-end features and improve engineering quality.Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot; build clean, testable, and well-documented RESTful APIs.
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (Angular or React) and collaborate with UX to deliver user-centric features.
• Work on microservices-based architectures: develop, integrate, and deploy services; handle inter-service communication and API versioning.
• Write automated unit and integration tests (JUnit/Mockito) and participate in code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, perform profiling and optimize database queries and application layers for production workloads.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with product owners and QA, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for frequent, reliable releases.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Java (8+) with Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.
• Strong front-end experience with Angular (2+) or React and solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
• Practical knowledge of Git, CI/CD tooling (Jenkins/GitLab), Docker, and familiarity with Agile workflows.
• Preferred
• Experience in microservices, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Exposure to performance tuning, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and cloud deployments.
