Job Description

We are a fast-growing player in the enterprise software development and digital transformation space, serving banking, e-commerce, and telecom clients worldwide. Our on-site engineering teams build, modernize, and maintain high-volume Java platforms that power secure transactions and real-time analytics.Role & Responsibilities

Design, code, and unit-test scalable Java services using Spring Boot and Microservices patterns.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with SQL/NoSQL data stores for millisecond-level response times.
Optimize application performance through profiling, caching, and multithreading techniques.
Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps to translate business stories into deployable increments.
Conduct code reviews, enforce clean-code standards, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues, implement hotfixes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3-6 years hands-on Core Java 8+ and Spring Boot development.
Proven experience building REST APIs and Microservices architectures.
Strong SQL skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Solid grasp of Git workflows, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab).
Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito.

Preferred

Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes deployments.
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
