Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical/non-technical skills. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified profiles. Schedule and follow up on interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience. Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment tracker. Negotiate offers and close positions within timelines. Skills & Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree (Any discipline, MBA in HR preferred). 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment . Strong knowledge of IT skills/technologies (Java, .Net, Cloud, Testing, Data Analytics, ERP, etc.). Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.) and social networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good negotiation and convincing skills.
