Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Sales and Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume

    cold calls

    to potential clients in the

    US market

    to schedule product demonstrations.
  • Build rapport quickly and clearly

    communicate the value proposition

    to secure demo appointments.
  • Deliver

    first-call resolution

    where possible to improve customer experience and reduce follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering

    first-level support

    .
  • Compose professional emails and follow-ups to maintain engagement with leads and existing customers.
  • Prepare and manage basic

    presentations, reports, and documentation

    using MS Office tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the

    CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal

    sales, marketing, and product teams

    to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Persuasive Communication:

    Ability to engage and convert leads through compelling conversations.
  • Written Communication:

    Excellent English writing skills for email correspondence and documentation.
  • CRM Knowledge:

    Experience working with CRM tools for logging and managing customer interactions.
  • MS Office Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with

    Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    for basic reporting and client-facing materials.
