Sales Support Executive

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and follow-up matrices in CRM.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, NDAs, MOUs, and other sales-related documents.
  • Follow up with the Sales Team regarding meeting schedules, funnel updates, and daily call reports to ensure timely reporting and smooth workflow.
  • Assist in tender documentation, compliance forms, and vendor registration processes.
  • Track and monitor sales leads, enquiries, and project progress.

2. Client Communication & Follow-ups

  • Communicate with clients regarding product details, demo scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain professional communication through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and assist the sales team in closing sales activities.

3. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with technical, implementation, and finance teams for project handovers.
  • Align with the marketing team for brochures, promotions, and content needed by the sales team.
  • Support senior management with required data, reports, and scheduled meetings.

4. Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Assist in preparing MIS, sales dashboards, and sales performance metrics.
  • Manage meeting schedules, calendars, and travel coordination for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduation from any field

    with strong communication skills.
  • 13 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Coordination (IT industry preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive working style.
