Hospital Administration Faculty

ERA university is seeking to appoint a Non-Resident full-time faculty at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Healthcare Administration to supports the University's mission of providing learner-centric, quality smart learning. This involves teaching, professional development, content development, research and scholarly/creative activities, institutional service, professional and community service, learner advising and involvement, and supervisory responsibilities as assigned. Main roles & responsibilities Facilitate student learning through research-led teaching and effective instruction by developing course curricula, handouts, lectures, labs, and presentations according to UGC/Council guidelines. Evaluate student performance in all assigned classes using standard course outlines and actively contribute to reviewing modules and programs based on course guidelines. Create innovative teaching methods such as presentations, demonstrations, and tutorials to enhance learning. Provide regular compliance reports to the relevant authorities. Research and partnership activities include publishing research papers in high-impact journals, promoting innovative research in UG and PG courses, and writing, designing, and developing content in the Health Care Management discipline. Supervise, advise, and mentor students in their academic plans and oversee masters thesis projects. Develop and deliver professional short courses, workshops, and interactive training programs for target groups and professional communities. Incorporate skill-based learning concepts into academic and training programs. Write and submit research grant proposals. Perform administrative duties as required. Required qualification & skills PhD degree in Healthcare Management Adequate teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels Experience in advising and mentoring learners Record of teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels Record of supervising master dissertations Record of sound administrative experience in academics Experience - Minimum 3 Year Experience
