Position: Hospital Administration Faculty (Full-Time + Online Evening Sessions)
Job Type: Full-Time (Offline) + Part-Time (Online Night Session)
Working Hours:

• Offline: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Online Night Session: 2 hours
• Total Working Hours:
• 8 hrs/day
• Salary:₹20,000 per month

Job Description

Ignite Skill Academy is seeking a committed and qualified Hospital Administration Faculty to join our training team. This hybrid role involves full-time offline teaching along with 2-hour online sessions at night. We are looking for a candidate with strong subject knowledge and a passion for shaping students in the field of Hospital Administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and structured offline classes in Hospital Administration.
• Conduct scheduled online classes for 2 hours during the night.
• Create lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Mentor and guide students to enhance their administrative and healthcare management skills.
• Ensure smooth progression of course modules with high academic standards.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.

Required Experience

• 2–8 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.

Educational Qualification

• MBA – Hospital Administration
• MBA – Healthcare Management
• BBA/MBA with Healthcare specialization
• Additional certifications related to Hospital/Healthcare training are a plus.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong understanding of Hospital Administration functions and healthcare systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Ability to manage both offline and online classes effectively.
• Candidates from Kalamassery or Aluva area will be preferred.
• Dedication to student development and training quality.
