Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Placement Executive to manage and enhance student placement services. The ideal candidate will build employer partnerships, coordinate placements, and guide students toward successful employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with companies for student placements (internships & jobs)

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and companies

• Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports

• Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness

• Follow up with placed students and employers for feedback

• Work closely with trainers and academic teams to ensure student readiness

• Organize job fairs, campus drives, and employer interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• 1–3 years of experience in placement

• Excellent communication skills (Malayalam and English)

• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting

• Passionate about student development and career growth
