🔍 HR Intern – Ignite Skill Academy 📍 Location: Kalamassery, Kerala 💼 Job Type: Full-time | Fresher | Internship 💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month 📅 Experience: 0–1 years Job Summary Ignite Skill Academy is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Intern to support our internal recruitment, trainee placement, and employer engagement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in human resources, talent acquisition, and career services. Key Responsibilities 1. Staff Recruitment Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for faculty, trainers, and support roles. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes. Maintain a database of active and potential candidates. Communicate with department heads to understand hiring needs. 2. Placement & Employer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners. Identify job opportunities, internships, and training programs for students. Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry networking events. Coordinate interview logistics and follow-ups with employers. 3. Trainee Support Provide guidance on career planning, resume writing, and interview preparation. Conduct soft skills and career-readiness sessions. Offer personalized mentoring to help students improve employability. 4. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate records of staff and student placements, interview status, and feedback. Analyze job trends and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with HR and organizational policies. 5. Collaboration & Outreach Work closely with academic teams to align recruitment and placement efforts. Engage with professional associations and HR forums for outreach. Stay updated on hiring patterns and in-demand skill requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome). Passion for HR, recruitment, or career development. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HR tools is an added advantage.
