Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Italian Chef to join our team at JW Marriott, with 2-8 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and risotto.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to develop new recipes and menus.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Develop and implement effective cooking techniques to enhance flavors and textures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef, preferably in an Italian cuisine setting.
Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, such as ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards.
