Qualifications


Experience:


  • Minimum 7-10 years

     of experience in technical sales, business development, or sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a management or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of 

    selling complex IT solutions

     (e.g., cloud, SaaS, hardware, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure) to enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to 

    manage and grow sales teams

    , as well as lead high-value negotiations and sales opportunities.
  • Experience in 

    B2B sales

     with a focus on large enterprise accounts and high-level decision-makers.


Technical Expertise


  • Strong knowledge of 

    enterprise IT solutions

    , including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, networking, and software platforms.
  • Familiarity with emerging IT technologies and trends that impact businesses, such as AI, machine learning, automation, and IoT.
  • Understanding of the 

    sales process in IT

    : from prospecting and qualification through to closing, post-sales implementation, and customer success.
