Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal systems).
  • Source and attract candidates through networking, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone/video interviews, and assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely feedback to applicants.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT recruitment.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data, networking).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for niche IT skills (AI/ML, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science).
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Certifications in HR/Recruitment (optional, e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,401.78 - ₹55,429.04 per month
