Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and career goals. Client Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to comprehend client requirements and present suitable candidates for open positions. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sourcing strategies. Negotiation: Facilitate salary and contract negotiations between consultants and clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.
