Job Tittle: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Indore, MP (This role is 100% onsite no remote work available only apply if you are comfortable to work from Indore office)

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Only apply if you are comfortable with night shift this is not a day shift job)

Job Summary:

Trainee Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.

1. Job Posting & Database Management:

• Create and manage job postings across various platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

1. Interview Coordination & Support:

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in conducting preliminary assessments and evaluations.

1. Client & Hiring Manager Interaction:

• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

1. Market Research & Networking:

• Research industry trends and talent market insights.
• Engage in networking activities to build relationships with potential candidates.

1. Administrative Support:

• Assist with documentation, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by handling queries and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS (a plus).
