Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Trainee to join our Coimbatore office on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment and staffing. As a Recruitment Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our diverse recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of candidates who fit our clients organizational culture and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing (Mandatory skill) to identify top talent in various sectors and meet client needs effectively.
• Experience in Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill) ensuring seamless communication coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process efficiently.
• Skill in Job Posting and advertising roles on multiple platforms to attract suitable candidates for diverse positions.
• Expertise in Resume Screening to identify candidates who meet the specified qualifications and experience requirements.
• Ability to utilize Boolean Search techniques to refine recruitment searches and locate elusive talent effectively.
• Strong professional communication skills to interact with clients and candidates, ensuring clear and effective information dissemination.
• Detail-oriented approach to managing recruitment logistics and documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and evaluating potential candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule and organize interviews.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain and update recruitment records accurately.
