Recruitment Trainee

As a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Trainee at Wellversed, located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in understanding and executing recruitment functions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the non-tech recruitment and selection process effectively. - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. - Conducting initial Telephonic Interview and Culture Fit interview rounds. - Ensuring continuous pipeline creation for various open positions by identifying prospective candidates through various channels and assessing them for role match and cultural fitment. - Using smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates and overcome recruitment delays. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 6 months of relevant internship experience in recruitment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to gauge Behavioral Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidates. - Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel. - Highly organized in work planning and team communication. - People-oriented and results-driven. - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. - Love for taking ownership and achieving targets.
