Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role located in Indore. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various IT positions. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, utilize various recruiting tools and techniques, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and identifying top talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Prior experience in a similar role within the technology industry is a plus
