Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions. Manage payroll processes, including wage types, payroll schemas, rules, and absence valuation. Perform system configuration, testing, and support for payroll-related functionalities. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll requirements. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to manage payroll integrations and end-to-end processes. Conduct payroll data validations, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of payroll errors.
