Role Overview

The engineer will provide advanced operational support for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and enterprise cloud platforms (Azure & AWS). This role requires strong expertise in modern endpoint management, identity and security, and cloud infrastructure operations. The engineer will drive issue resolution, automation, governance, and secure cloud adoption aligned with enterprise and government compliance standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 & Intune (Endpoint Manager)

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365 and Intune/Endpoint Manager services
• Administer and troubleshoot:
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
• Manage Windows 10/11 devices using Intune:
• Device enrollment (AAD Join, Hybrid Join)
• Compliance and configuration profiles
• Application deployment (LOB, MSI, Win32, Store Apps)
• Endpoint security policies and baselines
• Support Autopilot provisioning, ESP issues, and driver/package troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot:
• Conditional Access, MFA, SSO
• Windows Hello for Business
• BitLocker recovery and key management
• Defender for Endpoint integration and policy conflicts

Azure Cloud Operations

• Provide operational support for Azure services including:
• Azure VMs, Storage, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups
• Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, Application Gateway
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and basic Sentinel operations
• Support Azure AD (Entra ID) identity governance and security controls
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and policy compliance issues
• Implement and maintain:
• RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access
• Azure Policies and Blueprints
• Backup and Disaster Recovery using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery

AWS Cloud Operations

• Provide L2/L3 support for AWS services:
• EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Security Groups
• CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config
• Troubleshoot AWS networking, identity, compute, and storage issues
• Support cloud security posture:
• IAM best practices and MFA enforcement
• GuardDuty and Security Hub operational tasks
• Assist with cloud migrations, instance optimization, rightsizing, and cost management

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Support endpoint hardening and audit/government compliance requirements
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR where applicable)
• Implement and maintain security controls across M365, Intune, Azure, and AWS

Automation & Scripting

• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure CLI, and AWS CLI
• Develop scripts for reporting, bulk operations, device management, and cloud automation

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
