Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, laptops, and desktop operating systems.

Support primary desktop applications and perform operating system maintenance.

Handle printer setup, maintenance, and end-user support.

Manage day-to-day user shifting as per management requirements.

Allocate standard hardware for new user onboarding and fulfill hardware requests with senior approval.

Assist with third-party software and tokens (e.g., Tally, TDS, CDSL).

Perform application and database backups.

Format and set up laptops/desktops with standard software and join devices to the domain with proper user profile configuration.

Support knowledge of stock market trading applications (preferred).

Manage CCTV cameras.

Flexibility to work in any shift.

Key Skills:

Strong computer hardware and laptop troubleshooting skills.

Proficient in desktop operating systems and standard applications.

Basic understanding of network devices and CCTV management.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
