  • Greet and assist visitors; manage calls and emails
  • Maintain visitor logs and reception area
  • Manage courier dispatches, office supplies, and stationery
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and reimbursements
  • Update records and prepare basic admin/MIS reports

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass with good experience / Graduate in any stream
  • 6 Months 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Basic MS Office/Excel
  • Good communication skills, well-organized, and presentable
