Job Summary We are looking for an IT Support Engineer / System Administrator to manage (1- 2 exp) day-to-day IT operations at our corporate office and construction sites. The role involves supporting Windows and macOS systems, ensuring smooth network connectivity, managing hardware/software issues, and providing timely technical support to site and office teams. Job Description – IT Support Engineer Provide desktop support for Windows systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. networking knowledge, including handling Routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and connectivity issues. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners.. Assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers. Support users with Office 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, IT equipment to site locations, perform on-site installations, and provide field support when required. Perform OS installations and upgrades on Windows 11 and macOS , including driver and application setups. Document support activities, maintain asset records, and follow IT processes for incident and request management. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated issues and continuously learn new tools and technologies.
