About the Role:

Service Desk Analysts / L1 Support Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  Level 1 technical support

  through

  voice (international)

  and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to:

• MS Office, O365, VPN, network connectivity, and VDI

• System performance, software installation/uninstallation, and antivirus

• Browser and printer troubleshooting, OneDrive, OneNote, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

• Accurately

  log incidents and service requests

  in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level as per process guidelines.
• Maintain

  excellent communication and customer satisfaction scores

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in

  International Voice Technical Support (US/UK process)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  IT Service Desk tools, MS Office, O365, and VPN

  .
• Basic understanding of

  networking concepts

  and

  system troubleshooting

  .
• Strong

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Willing to work in

  US Night Shifts

  and from

  office only (no work from home)

  .
