IT & Gaming Systems Support Executive Location: Ahmedabad (Office + Play Area) Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on IT Support professional who can manage office computers, laptops, phones, internet systems , and also support gaming machines, VR systems, and electronic equipment used in our soft play and gaming areas. The role requires quick troubleshooting, technical understanding, and on-ground support during working hours and events. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day computer, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues Maintain internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and basic networking Troubleshoot software, OS, email, POS, and billing systems Support and maintain gaming machines, arcade systems, and VR setups Identify and resolve hardware, controller, sensor, display, or calibration issues Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of machines Coordinate with vendors and service partners when required Ensure smooth technical operations during events, parties, and peak hours Maintain basic IT inventory and issue logs Required Skills & Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware & software Understanding of electronics, gaming machines, or VR systems Networking basics (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers) Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work calmly in a live play area environment Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer, Electronics, or related field
