Description
As an IT Sales Specialist for Bradsol, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow strategic accounts across multiple geographies, ensuring financial health and client satisfaction. You will need to develop and execute organic growth strategies, build trusted advisor relationships with clients, prospect and convert new leads into revenue-generating customers, and drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Additionally, you will be required to monitor revenue, bookings, and operational metrics to meet or exceed targets, and support in resolving people management issues within internal teams if needed. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow strategic accounts across multiple geographies - Develop and execute organic growth strategies - Build trusted advisor relationships with clients - Prospect, nurture, and convert new leads into revenue-generating customers - Drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts - Monitor revenue, bookings, and operational metrics - Support resolution of people management issues within internal teams Qualifications & Experience: - UG: Any Graduate | PG: Any Postgraduate - Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT services sales within Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations - Proven experience managing multi-million USD or UAE accounts across multiple geographies - Strong knowledge of global delivery models (GDM) and ability to cross-sell various service lines - Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations - Experience in delivery, pre-sales, or sales roles is preferred - Strong account management skills, building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels As an IT Sales Specialist at Bradsol, you will have the opportunity to work with strategic clients across diverse industries, drive revenue growth, shape client success as a trusted advisor, gain exposure to a global delivery model and multi-service IT solutions, and be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.
