Job Description

Experience: 2-4 Years

Key Requirements:

  • Hands on experience of 2 to 3 years Kore.ai Bots platform
  • Overall experience of 4 to 6 Years in IT.
  • Proven expertise in integrating Kore.ai platform with other messaging and IVR channels
  • Must have atleast handled 2 to 3 full implementations of a chat bot – Designing the flows to building them and deploying them.
  • Must have strong expertise in Node.js.
  • Working knowledge on JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets.
  • Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP.
  • Good knowledge of code documentation and handover.
  • Excellent Communication skills

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of different authentication and authorisation techniques.
  • Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms.
  • Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular. JS / React. JS/Vue. JS
