Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in chatbot/voicebot testing.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as:
    • Google Dialogflow
    • Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents)
    • Yellow.ai
    • Kore.ai
    • Or other similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of chatbot testing metrics (intent accuracy, precision/recall, conversation success rate, escalation rate, etc.).
  • Experience testing bots on multi-channel platforms: web, mobile apps, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
  • Ability to design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test suites.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, or any chatbot testing automation frameworks).
  • Proficiency in using tools for test management and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with API testing for chatbot backends.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating test suites into build pipelines.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring chatbot performance.
  • Exposure to scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation is a plus.
