Job Overview We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential clients for NuMosaicโ€™s DevOps, Cloud Consulting, and SaaS services . Your role is to find, qualify, and initiate conversations with prospects through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, and outreach strategies . Location : Remote (India) Exp: 0 - 2 yrs Key Responsibilities: โœ… Lead Research & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients in DevOps, Cloud, and SaaS sectors . Use Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms to generate leads. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients . โœ… Outreach & Engagement Send personalized messages, emails, and connection requests to prospects. Book discovery calls and hand off warm leads to the sales team. Engage with client posts and discussions on LinkedIn and other platforms . โœ… Data Management & Reporting Track outreach performance using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) . Report weekly on lead quality, response rates, and conversions . Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights . Requirements: ๐Ÿ”น Experience in B2B lead generation for IT, SaaS, or cloud services. ๐Ÿ”น Strong knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach techniques . ๐Ÿ”น Excellent English communication and copywriting skills . ๐Ÿ”น Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking . ๐Ÿ”น Ability to work independently and meet lead quotas . Preferred Skills: ๐ŸŒŸ Experience in IT services, DevOps, or Cloud Consulting sales . ๐ŸŒŸ Knowledge of automation tools for lead generation (e.g., Apollo, PhantomBuster) . ๐ŸŒŸ Understanding of B2B sales funnel and outreach personalization . ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer + performance-based incentives .
