We partner with global clients to drive digital transformation and business growth. 🎯 Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven IT Sales Associate to join our team in Chennai. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and driving revenue growth through our software products and services. 📌 Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. Understand client requirements and present relevant IT solutions from our service portfolio (web development, mobile apps, custom software, eCommerce, cloud services). Schedule and attend meetings (online and in-person) with prospects. Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales presentations. Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with deliverables. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and report regularly on KPIs. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B IT/software sales. Understanding of software solutions, SaaS, mobile apps, and/or cloud technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in pitching, and a persuasive personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Zoho), and email marketing platforms is a plus. 💼 Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, or Australia).
