Job Title: Associate – IT Sales Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year Notice Period: 0–30 Days Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and manage full sales cycle: cold calling, demos, negotiations, and closure. Build a sales pipeline through market research and networking (domestic & international). Conduct market analysis and customer need assessment. Deliver product demos and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth project delivery. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Sharp negotiation, analytical & time-management skills. High motivation with a results-driven attitude. Familiarity with international markets is a plus.
