Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in recruiting for IT positions and a strong understanding of the technology industry. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions, including software developers, engineers, system administrators, and other technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting. Requirements: Bachelor of Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting. Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
