Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source potential candidates from various online channels.
Screening:
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Interviewing:
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Onboarding:
Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the company.
Collaboration:
Work closely with managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Trend Monitoring:
Keep track of global IT trends and job boards to enable effective recruitment.

Technical Knowledge:
A good understanding of IT terminologies and roles.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized candidate databases.
Experience:
Previous experience in IT recruitment or a related field is often preferred
